I am responsible for business strategy, marketing, and financial operations to ensure our company delivers exceptional service and long-term value for our customers. I am currently pursuing a degree in Finance and Economics at Grand Canyon University, where I combine academic insight with real-world entrepreneurship to help MobileClean grow and innovate.
Ezra Harris - Cofounder of MobileClean:
I manage scheduling, client onboarding, our website, and Instagram presence at Mobile Clean, while also supporting marketing to strengthen our brand. I enjoy creating smooth systems that make the client experience effortless. Alongside my role, I’m studying Finance at Grand Canyon University, gaining the tools to grow professionally and bring fresh ideas into the business. My goal is to blend precision with a personal touch in everything I do.

I oversee sales, operations, product delivery, and employee management at MobileClean Detailing, ensuring our team delivers consistent quality and excellent customer experiences. MobileClean Detailing Service Agreement
MobileClean Detailing – One-Time Service Agreement
This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between MobileClean Detailing, LLC (“Company”) and the undersigned customer (“Customer”). By booking a service appointment and signing below, Customer acknowledges and accepts the following terms and conditions.
1. Scope of Service
This Agreement applies to a one-time, non-recurring detailing service performed on the Customer’s vehicle, which includes both interior and exterior detailing as described at the time of booking. All future services must be arranged under a separate agreement.
2. Service Location & Customer Responsibilities
Services will be performed at the Customer’s designated address. Customer must ensure the following before the appointment:
Access to an outdoor electrical outlet (standard 120V)
Access to a water faucet/spigot within 100 feet of the vehicle
Vehicle keys to allow adjustment of seats, windows, and compartments
Vehicle parked in a safe, legal, and accessible area suitable for detailing work
If access is restricted or unsafe, the Company reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the appointment.
3. Payment Terms
Down Payment: Each Detail requires a 10% down payment upon scheduling which will act as a cancellation fee if the customer chooses to cancel.
Payment Due: The rest of the payment is due upon completion of the service with the card on file from the initial down payment.
Alternatives: If this payment method is not sufficient, invoices via text or email will also be an option.
4. Door-to-Door Sales
If a service appointment is scheduled as a result of a MobileClean Detailing sales representative conducting door-to-door sales on the customer’s property, the customer retains the legal right to cancel the scheduled detail within three (3) business days from the date of the interaction with the sales representative.
Should the customer—who purchased the service through such an interaction—choose to exercise this right of cancellation within the three-day period, the customer shall receive a full refund of the 10% down payment made at the time of scheduling the service.
To exercise this right, the customer must submit a written cancellation notice within the three-day period by either of the following methods:
(a) Email: Send written notice to support@mobilecleandetailing.com
(b) Mail or In-Person Delivery: Deliver written notice to:

The date the email is sent or the physical notice is delivered shall serve as the official cancellation date.
Right to Cancel: Customer may cancel this Agreement within three (3) business days of signing, without penalty, by providing written notice to MobileClean Detailing, LLC.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
MobileClean offers a 24-hour satisfaction guarantee. If Customer is dissatisfied with any aspect of the service, MobileClean will return once to correct the issue at no additional charge, provided the concern is reported within 24 hours of service completion.
6. Limitations of Liability
The Company shall not be held responsible for:
Pre-existing damage, wear, or defects (scratches, dents, oxidation, rust, tears, etc.)
Stains, odors, or contaminants that cannot be removed using standard industry methods
Damage to personal property or valuables left in the vehicle
Electrical or mechanical issues arising during or after detailing unless caused by negligence
Customer is responsible for removing all valuables and personal items before service.
7. Insurance & Damage Claims
MobileClean Detailing, LLC is licensed and insured for damages directly caused by its employees during service.
Any damage claim must be reported within 24 hours of completion with photos and written description. Claims submitted after 24 hours will not be accepted.
8. Inclement Weather Policy
If unsafe weather (rain, wind, dust, or excessive heat) prevents completion of the service, the appointment will be rescheduled at no penalty to the Customer.
9. Vehicle Condition Disclaimer
If the vehicle is excessively dirty (pet hair, mold, heavy stains, sand, or biohazards), an additional surcharge may apply. The Company may refuse service if the condition poses a health or safety risk.
10. No Warranty of Results
MobileClean uses professional products and methods, but results may vary based on vehicle condition, age, and previous care. No guarantee is made for complete restoration of heavily damaged or oxidized surfaces.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
12. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between MobileClean Detailing, LLC and the Customer and supersedes all prior written or verbal agreements related to this service.
Customer Acknowledgment
By checking the box, Customer acknowledges they have read, understood, and agree to all terms in this One-Time Service Agreement.
